BetOpenly Issue Resolved!

Hey Family,

We had 3 different bugs all hit at once! We’re sorry but believe ALL are fixed now!!

Bug 1) Was crossing people's registered location with their actual location, and resulting in some people not able to Bet Instant DFS Props and/or Person To Person Wagers.

Bug 2) Live Bets were auto cancelling when people tried to take them. Essentially disabling live betting. A huge problem.

Bug 3) When selecting My Max, some bets were erroring saying you can’t take more than available. The ghetto fix was reducing your bet by 1 cent.

These should all be fixed now! If you ever see anything not working on our site always email [email protected] and [email protected]. We’re here to help and can usually fix most bugs in 1 business day.
