Recently, we noticed impossible-to-win parlays that were allowed due to an error. OddsJam, our fantastic API provider, powers our odds, but occasional errors will always happen. And we will always protect our market and our users! Your trust and safety are our top priorities!!

To maintain fairness, anyone attempting to exploit such errors will be warned once and banned if it happens again.

And if you accidentally take an impossible bet, please email Support immediately. We will refund the mistakenly placed bet by removing the unfairly won amount from that exploitive user.
