FINALLY we have made it easier for anyone dealing with a Bet Graded Incorrectly!!

Our agreement with our API provider is 99.9% accuracy - but with 1,000+ bet types per day, that can equate to as high 10 wrong per day, every day. It sucks, sure, but it is the reality.

Not being paid for a Win is annoying enough as is. The last thing you should have to do is contact Support via Chat/Email, explain details, dispute, etc etc.
